Based in Sussex and working across the UK, we proudly plan and manage events of all kinds—from unforgettable weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate functions and brand experiences. With a combined 10 years experience in the events business, we’ve built a trusted network of exceptional suppliers, covering everything from florals and catering to lighting, entertainment, and everything in between. This allows us to offer you a seamless planning experience with trusted professionals who share our commitment to quality and creativity.

HOW IT WORKS
Once you have completed our online contact form, we will arrange a time to give you a complementary phone call or video call.

During this call we will get to know you a little better, discuss your visions and how we can bring those to life and answer any questions you may have.
Not quite sure what you want yet? That’s completely okay – we’ll help you discover the perfect vision.
After our call, I’ll take the time to carefully review everything we’ve discussed to ensure I have a clear understanding of your vision, priorities, and any specific requirements.

I’ll then put together a bespoke proposal and quote tailored specifically to your event. This document will outline all the key details we talked through—your ideas, preferences, and overall vision—along with a breakdown of the services we will be providing to bring it all to life.​
If we receive your email confirming you’d like to work with us, we will then reply with our contract and invoice detailing a deposit and how to pay. Once we have received both of these your booking with us will be confirmed.
If we are starting from a completely blank canvas, then I will send you a catalogue to get you thinking of some ideas. From venue ideas to venue design to entertainment. We try to make things as easy as possible.
When the time comes to start planning, depending on what package you have booked, we will invite you to join your very own planning portal.
On this portal you will be able to keep track of everything whenever you want. You will be able to see our tasks that we will be busy behind the scenes completing, as well as your very own task list. You will be able to keep track of invoices, quotes and see venue layouts and so much more.
And my personal favourite bit, you will be able to create your own mood boards, including selecting colour palettes. Then see all your final selections comes together.

Hi, my names Sian and I'm the co-founder and Creative Director of The Alora Collective.
A little about me... I live in Sussex with my husband, our 3 children and our 2 dogs. I've always been a planner and an organiser, and I cannot explain the happiness and sense of accomplishment I get from making a list and ticking it off (I know, weird!). Whether it was birthday parties when the kids were younger, our own wedding, or a school leavers party I've always thoroughly enjoyed planning events and being creative. And that's where all this started!

What started with a conversation between my husband and I over dinner one evening, has now turned into a flourishing company, and something I pride myself on greatly. We wanted to create a company that we could use our extensive amount of contacts and connections, to give our clients something to remember giving attention to detail at every moment. We pride ourselves on creating weddings and events which reflect the most important thing, you. Every event that we plan will have you at the heart of it. We will listen to your vision and bring that to life, giving a bespoke, stress-free and enjoyable experience.
